Hugo, co-founder, spent more than 4 years in restaurants and events, in direct contact with service, pace, and the demands of the profession. He experienced what many restaurant owners know too well: a phone ringing at the wrong time, reservations to manage in the middle of service, waiting customers, and a team already under pressure. With a background in management and marketing, he has been entrepreneuring since adolescence and launched several projects before Resty, with one obsession: creating products understood immediately, useful from day one.
Quentin, co-founder, is an engineer specialized in computer science, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications. He has been developing tech projects since he was 16, founded several startups, and developed real expertise in AI. What drives him is the relationship between technology and humanity and how the two can combine to create a more beautiful, fairer, more human world.
We met with an obvious realization: Hugo brought the problem experienced firsthand. Quentin brought the ability to solve it. Today, we build Resty with the demand to improve the daily life of restaurant owners while preserving and enhancing the essence and beauty of the restaurant industry.
